Located right on Fredericksburg’s Main Street, Fredericksburg Brewing Company is the oldest brewpub in the state, founded long before the craft beer craze of today. Altstadt Brewing features a state-of-theart brewing facility located on U.S. 290 East, and blends the latest in brewing technology with traditional German brewing practices.
The European-inspired brewery features a Tap Room, restaurant and Grand Hall for events and live music, a Bier Garten with a multi-level patio and a private garden with Hill Country views. In the basement is an authentic Rathskeller for a more intimate setting.
Their flagship beers are available in the Texas Hill Country, Austin, Houston, San Antonio, College Station, Corpus Christi, Dallas, Fort Worth, Waco, and the lower Rio Grande Valley.
Ogle Brewery

Arch Ray is currently expanding its facility to include a restaurant, event venue, auditorium, coffee shop and hotel.
Elk Store Winery & Distillery
830-997-2665 | 327 E. Main Street Fredericksburg, Texas With a family heritage dating back to the prohibition era, owners Todd Smajstrla and Scott Hladky utilize a handmade Kentucky copper still to produce small-batch moonshine, gin, rum and whiskey.
The Elk Store’s spirits are bottled on location and sold in the Main Street tasting room that provides a relaxed atmosphere and a selection of Texas and international wines.
Hye Cider Company

Cyser is an apple mead differentiated from cider as it is fermented with honey rather than water. Because of this fermenting process, Hye Cider’s cysers are both very sweet with a dry flavor profile.
Recently Hye Cider Company relocated its tasting room to the property of Texas Wine Collective.
