Wildseed Farms is now one of the largest plant nurseries in Central Texas. The farm is located at 100 Legacy Drive and is open every day from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The Fredericksburg Nature Center is located at Lady Bird Johnson Municipal Park and is an attraction that features wildlife and their habitat homes along with several nature trails for enthusiasts to enjoy.

Lady Bird Johnson once said she had a passion for showing “her country,” to those not from Texas. “Her country,” being Hill Country.
