Hye Cider creates unique multidimensional craft cysers and ciders in the Texas Hill Country. Specializing in cyser — apple and honey fermented into a high ABV drink, Hye Cider’s styles range from light, dry, and prosecco-like to deeper, rich styles infusing unique flavors. Try the five flagship cysers plus rotating seasonals. “Hye Stylin’” is a classic dry cyser, “Hye Note” is sweetened with more Texas Wildflower honey. “Hye Bay” is smooth and savory, infused with bay leaves and “Hye Hops” is a bright and citrusy hopped cyser. Finally, “Hye Heaven” is made with fig and toasted peppercorn kissed by honey sweetness.
